i wouodnt recommmend opening your xbox, because most likely it WILL get broken if you touch the wrong parts, its better to send it off for repair and pay a price, so you have the chance to see your xbox working another day.

well its easy just put washers on the heatsinks. then turn it on without the fans. let it overheat. them itll work.
