i had a 1 year warranty which expired already.

I’m sure there is, but you run the risk of them breaking it even further and then you’re in way over your head.

actually the dics drive is covered by the 3 yaer waaranty

i fixed it myself manually and didn’t mail it back to microsoft
its easy and you can do it yourself look at that website ( step by step repair guide that solves the most xbox 360 common problems permanently)

you can do it yourself it’s actually a pretty simple fix i had to do it myself because my warranty is up now that i’ve learned how i’ve fixed a few of my buddies as well it only takes like 20 minutes or so
