how can you fix broken xbox live headphones?

no its broke go buy new one they only cost 20 bucks

Have you flipped the switch that lets you talk on the headset?

sorry man same thing happened to mine almost four times. Sometimes if you twist the plug upside down which goes into the controller it fices it. If you buy a new one remember to store it in a drawer or some other safe place and not simply just attached to the controller when you finish uding it.

your headset might not be broken. my headset along with everyother headset wont work properly with low batteries. change them and then see if it works. if not, then it would be easiest to buy a used headset from gamestop or ebgames for 10 dollars…
