Have you checked to see if it works properly on another TV? Or is the console still covered by warranty??? If it is neither of those your best bet would be to take it to a professional that specialises in xbox consoles to get it fixed…. if you don’t know what your doing do not try and do a quick fix yourself as you could end up making the problem worse!

you either need a new cord that connect the xbox to the tv or ur not hooking it up thr correct way

if it old TV play it on a new one or take it to the place u got it from and see if they can do something about it
