you should be able too. if its in a different house then it might need to be set up differently because of a different router, ect. if its still in your house be sure its not out of range from the router.

well yes it should work. i have on also it works on there xboxs. but i have also had where it wont work. my best advice to to check all the wireless information and make you have it all correct for the new router

xbox 360 adaptor does work that way but it may prove difficult since your buddy has a diffrent setup than you ask him if his network is locked from intruders if so you`ll need his wep key or password to connect

the reason it might be is because maybe the xbox you are playing on does not have xbox live
