I sent my xbox to the repair center last Monday and it took about 5 days for them to recieve it cuz they got it Friday. On Sunday I checked the status online and it sed they’re shipping it back to me already. I called microsoft just to make sure and they confirmed it. What did they fix in my xbox 360 in those two days? Are they giving me back a return or am I getting a new one and that’s why it was shipped back so quickly?

gonna be refirbished. Probably about 6 months older than the one you sent to them

they are most likely sending you a new one and they will repair and reshelf the broken one, but take note it will be of same specifications as the old one( i sent mine in and got one that still lacked HDMI ports)

We sent our xbox back and they did the same thing. Be prepared, you will probably not get YOUR Xbox back. They’ll send you a refurbished one to replace your broken one. Then, when that one breaks (right after the 1 year is up) you’ll have to buy a new one because you invested all sorts of money in games for the system.

Alot of problems with the Xbox can be fixed yourself without even opening the case! Free information can be found here for the repair of your xbox this is how I was able to fix my own Xbox without shipping to Microsoft!

Yea they send you a previously broken Xbox 360 and overcharge you for doing it. If you want to do it yourself check out my source.
