if you still have your warrenty, send it in to xbox. i know it sucks, not having your xbox, but thats that.

thats microsofts fault phone them up and complain if your warranty has run out you might aswel get a ps3 or get xbox again but same thing might happen but if you have warrant you should be fine just tell them the problem and they will give you options
